To be eligible to participate in the Remotely Remote Energy Audit Program (“the Program”) partially funded by New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), you must agree to the terms and conditions presented here.
By opting into this program, you authorize ClearlyEnergy, Inc. to access the data provided by the Remotely Energy Audit for your home from the date of your assessment up to and through the end of the Program on 30 June 2024 for the purpose of providing an Energy Assessment.
The Energy Assessment will include:
- an assessment of both the home’s energy features and the household’s energy consumption patterns,
- identification how efficiently a home is operating and
- identifying potential opportunities for improvement.
In addition, you authorize ClearlyEnergy to share anonymous data collected about your home’s energy usage and any associated assessment Reports prepared by ClearlyEnergy with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (“NYSERDA”).
This information will be kept confidential, to the extent permitted by law, and used only for the following purposes:
- determining program eligibility,
- estimating energy savings program implementation and
- providing an evaluation, including the evaluation of achieved energy savings.
Savings Estimates
Any energy savings projections provided to you are estimates only and not guaranteed by either ClearlyEnergy or NYSERDA. You acknowledge that the energy savings information from the Reports may vary from energy savings calculations provided by a contractor through energy modeling simulation tools.
Contractors
Through your participation in the Program you agree that your contact information and energy reports may be shared with one or more participating Program contractors to for the sole purpose of discussing efficiency upgrades identified during the energy efficiency assessment process.
You also acknowledge that, as an existing ClearlyEnergy user, you have already agreed to the ClearlyEnergy Terms & Conditions. This consent is an amendment to the ClearlyEnergy Terms and Conditions. Except as set forth herein, the ClearlyEnergy Terms and Conditions are in full force and effect.
